Chemical Peels

If you’re looking for a dramatic skincare transformation, look no further! We offer chemical peel treatments, we are here to help you get the glowing skin you desire with minimal downtime and excellent results.

How do you prepare for a chemical peel?

Before your chemical peel, you'll sit down with our Medical Aesthetician for a consultation. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your expectations and desired outcomes, discuss any potential risks associated with the procedure, and review medical information. We’ll then create a plan to help you achieve your skincare goals safely and effectively.

You may need to take some preparatory steps prior to treatment. These can include avoiding excessive sun exposure, and cleaning your skin. We’ll provide detailed instructions during the pre-treatment consultation.

Types of Chemical Peel Treatments

Superficial Peel: This mild treatment reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and other small blemishes. It uses a gentle acid solution to exfoliate the skin and is suitable for all skin types.

Medium Peel: This peel penetrates deeper into the layers of your skin to reduce age spots, freckles, and more moderate lines and wrinkles. It uses a stronger acid solution that can cause mild to moderate redness and peeling but is also suitable for all skin types.

Deep Peel: This treatment penetrates the deepest layers of your skin to reduce more visible signs of aging, including deep lines and wrinkles. It requires some downtime for recovery, as it can cause significant redness and swelling. A deep peel can be painful, which is why you'll receive a form of anesthetic.

Pre and Post Treatment Care for Chemical Peel

It's important to follow the aftercare instructions carefully to ensure you achieve the best results from your treatment. Immediately following a chemical peel, you may experience redness and mild swelling that can last for several days. We’ll provide detailed post-treatment care instructions during your consultation. To get the most out of your chemical peel treatment, it’s important to keep up with your daily skincare routine. This includes applying sunscreen, using gentle cleansers and moisturizers, and avoiding direct sun exposure.
